Sometimes I wonder
At times I wonder why I eat what I do. I will be getting ready to work out, and have a soda in my hand or will be eating something that is unhealthy. Why do I do that? I want my body to run efficiently and have energy for all the swimming and hiking that I do, but it is a struggle every day to eat the healthy choices. By the way I made a great smoothie. It had an orange, a banana, a peach, and strawberry yogurt. Yum. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their day. What have you done today to make yourself proud? I have drank water all morning, and that’s a good step. Other than that I am about to have a healthy lunch.
