finding a good doctor

I was wondering if anyone has tips on finding a good doctor.  I am really having problems with getting ass holes.

My bodybugg

I am really excited about the body bugg that I just bought.  It’s interesting to see how it works.  I like to see the instant feed back from my efforts and it challenges me to do more and keep going.  We will see how everything goes.  It also really makes me think about what I eat before because I have to log it into the program.

Dance Dance Revolution

I used to love this game.  I would play for about an hour a day, and what an amazing workout it was.  I quit playing this when I moved into a high rise dorm and did not want to torture my neighbors, and after that it just became a habit to not play.  It has sat in a box since 2007, and I finally busted it back out this weekend.  I love it.  I played for 45 minutes this evening, and I am not quite as good as I used to be, but I still have it.  I am ready to add this to my exercise routine and get moving again because I have really been struggling in this area.

Two days

It has not been two full days of eating on the straight and narrow, and it’s nice.  When I stray my body get’s angry.  It’s just amazing to see how different foods give you different amounts of energy, stomach pain, and keep you full.  I am ready to make it day number three.  Have a great day everyone.

Refocusing

I am still working on things, but I got my walk in last night, and I have my meals planned for the day to make it without donuts.

Refocus

Today I would really like to refocus my efforts .  I have not been exercising, and truthfully I feel really bad for my dogs.  I also have been slipping in eating.  So, far I am lucky that my week and a half detour has not resulted in the scale going up, but I know that pattern cannot hold much longer.  I will get it together.  I am about to go eat breakfast.  I will hit subway get a healthy sub and some tea to start my day off.  I plan on taking my dogs out for a walk today too.  Will someone check on me later tonight and ask me if I have gone on my walk.  My ipod is loaded and ready to go with me.  I am ready to start the day off right.

What I used to eat

I never realized what eating healthy does to your body.  Back in the day I could go to mc donalds and eat the meal whatever that was and have a large coke and want more to drink.  Now that’s not the case.  I ate mc donalds for the first time in a while and I ate about a third of the burger, twenty fries, and about 10oz of the coke before I was very stuffed.  I like to see some of the process that i have made.  I know when you are talking about eating fast food that is not that great, but it progress, and I don’t plan on eating out often.  Hope everyone is doing well and noticing their improvements as well.

It take so little

I love how your strength continually goes up and down in your daily quest to make good health decisions.  There are some days when the way I look in my undies is enough to get me to the gym or make a good food choice, and there are times when that’s not enough.  I will really have to work on my focus for right now.  It’s time to step up the work to get the number on the scale going down and my health and strength going up.  Hope everyone’s going well.  Keep workin’ on your fitness.
