Grocery Store and Goals
So, here it is. I have been way way off track, and I am sad to say that I have found my way back into the 290s. This is not a shock to me. I know what I was eating, and I know what I was not doing. I just got so tired of thinking about what I was going to eat every single second of the day. it was driving me nuts. I just wanted to stop thinking about it. so, here I am. I am ready to get back on track. I went to Goodwill today, and I found the cutest pair of pants. Sad thing is they are so close to fitting, and they would have fit before. so, I decided to pay the four bucks and make them a goal. They will fit when I have lost about 2-3 inches off my waist. So, I am ready to make them fit.
To get myself ready I went to the grocery store and bought a lot of good health food. When I check out I always think it’s interesting to glance at other people’s carts and see if there is a correlation between their weight and groceries. What’s interesting is usually overweight people have crap in their cart, but many times really thin people have a cart full of unhealthy processed frozen stuff too. Then I think how can they eat all of that garbage and stay thin? I know that will never be the reality for me.
so, here’s to tomorrow and a new week to lose weight. Today I weighed in at 291, and I hope to see the 280s next week and say adios to the 290s.
